Whole-Team Neurodiversity Training Package
Practical training for SENCOs, teachers, teaching assistants, family support workers, social care teams, early-help staff and community organisations supporting autistic and ADHD children, young people and families.
The training is designed for the whole team, rather than placing responsibility on one individual. Staff develop a shared understanding, agree consistent approaches and leave with practical strategies they can carry forward together.
What the package includes
Before the session
A short discussion or questionnaire to understand the organisation, the staff attending and the main difficulties
they are experiencing.
Interactive team training
A two-hour online or in-person session covering:
Understanding autism and ADHD beyond behaviour
Executive functioning and everyday difficulties
Sensory processing and overwhelm
Emotional regulation and anxiety
Communication and unmet needs
Why behaviour may be misunderstood
Practical changes staff can make
Working consistently across the whole team
A 45-minute online follow-up meeting four to six weeks later to review what has changed, discuss difficulties and help
the team strengthen its approach.

Online whole-team package — £495
Includes the planning discussion, two-hour live training, resources and follow-up meeting.
In-person whole-team package — £495
Includes the planning discussion, two-hour training, resources and follow-up meeting. Travel costs may apply outside Coventry and Warwickshire.
Half-day tailored package — £650
A more detailed session tailored to the organisation’s needs, with additional discussion, case examples and team planning.
Full-day tailored package — £850
A tailored full-day training package exploring autism, ADHD and the co-occurring conditions that may sit alongside neurodivergence. The day combines in-depth learning, practical discussion, case examples and team action planning, helping staff develop a shared understanding and use consistent approaches across the organisation.
