Neurodiversity Training for Schools & Professionals in the UK -

The Neuro Pathway delivers neurodiversity training for schools, local authorities, youth services, health providers and organisations across Coventry, Warwickshire, the West Midlands and the UK.

This training strengthens early recognition of SEND, reduces exclusion and crisis escalation, and improves outcomes for neurodivergent children, young people and adults.

Training is available both in person and online across the UK, with a strong presence across Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

The Neuro Pathway is the professional training division of The Autism & ADHD Advocates CIC.

What This Training Actually Does

This training is designed for organisations working with children, young people and families across education, health, social care and community settings.

Rather than focusing on labels alone, the training builds understanding of how SEND presents in everyday environments — including needs associated with ADHD and autism such as differences in attention, sensory processing, communication, emotional regulation and executive functioning.

The focus is not surface-level awareness. It is about understanding how the brain and nervous system work, why difficulties show up in the ways they do, and how systems can unintentionally escalate distress when needs are not recognised early.

Who this training is for

  • Local authority teams

  • Education departments

  • SEN, SEND, inclusion and attendance services
